YOGA - body's expression of the spirit

OK, ladies! Now a question for you: do you know that YOGA is the best choice you can make for you health? I'm sure some of you have also met this sort of occupation, others may have heard about it.

I decided to write an article about yoga beacause recently I have started to practice it and I wanted to share with you the positive changes I got from it.

I'm really impressed by this incredible culture called yoga. I say ''culture'' because for me it's more than simple gimnastics or sort of sport. There is an entire culture behind this little thing called ''yoga''.
In general terms yoga is defined as a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline, originating in modern India, whose goal is the attainment of a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility. The word is associated with meditative practices in HinduismBuddhism and JainismSomeone who practices yoga or follows the yoga philosophy with a high level of commitment is called a yogi or yogini (wow! I actually did't know this :).
The goals of practicing yoga vary from improving you physical health to achieving the symbiosis of the spirit with nature. It consists of physical exercises and meditation practice as well.

After a week of practicing yoga my body feels perfect, my mind is actually thinking and working now much better, my mood is wonderful the entire day and my soul is finally fully reconciled with itself. I FEEL GREAT! :)

Did you know that yoga helps a lot in diminishing the menstrual cramps? And I can once more confirm it! Recent studies show that the menstrual pains are fully reduced by such poses as Cat, Cobra and Fish. So, google it and do it! :)

For women who want children it's good to know that there are fertility yoga classes which can help you conceive. And this practice is becoming more and more popular as the time goes. You should try it! You have only to win from it.

Yoga practice is also becoming fashionable among children. Clinical research suggests that yoga supports sharpened concentration; reduces behavioral problems, stress, heart rate, headaches, and general tension; lengthens attention span; and improves grades, physical health, and self-esteem among children of all ages.

There are lots of reasons why you should practice yoga. And, in my opinion, any of them is fair enough for you to start practicing it. I present you a list of them below and feel free to choose the one that most motivates you. Here you are.

YOGA WILL:

*Strengthen your muscles
*Bring flexibility into your joints *Build strong bones
*Decrease stress and improve your ability to focus
*Make you feel better
*Build your confidence
*Reduce the menstrual cramps
*Make you have better energy
*Relieve symptoms of mild depression
*Reduce heart disease
*Make you look better
*Help you to lose weight

*Clear your mind
*Calm your spirit

Have you already chose? Nevermind what that reason is, you should really try it! I'm sure the changes yoga will bring into your life won't be but positive ones!

Bring peace and harmony in your life along with YOGA and be happy!

If you don't afford to take yoga classes you have two options:
-you may build a home yoga practice
or
-you may move outdoors and practice it

Here you are good pieces of advice for both options:

The History of LACOSTE

Plenty of us wear the Lacoste brand but very few know its true origins. The entrepreneurial spirit, even before his retirement from sport, the french tennisman René Lacoste had founded a private company of sport articles, being one of its most devoted customers. The company was called La Société Chemise Lacoste and was created by him and André Gillier in 1933. It produced the tennis shirt which Lacoste often wore when he was playing tennis. All the T-shirts had an alligator (generally thought to be a crocodile) embroidered on the left chest. The origin of the crocodile comes from René's nickname in his sport life. The representant of the white sport was called ''the crocodile'' by the american press due to his tenacity on the court. The shirt represented nothing more than a simple white cotton jersey, with a little embroidered crocodile. Lacoste claims this as the first example of a brand name appearing on the outside of an article of clothing. In 1951, the company began to expand as it branched from "tennis white" and introduced color shirts. In 1952, the shirts were exported to the United States and advertised as "the status symbol of the competent sportsman".
Nowadays, besides the revolutionary tennis shirts, Lacoste is producing high-end clothing, footwear, perfume, leather goods, watches and eyewear. In recent years, Lacoste has introduced a home line of sheeting and towels. In addition to tennis shirts, Lacoste produces shirts for golf and sailing, influencing the clothing choices of the upper-class.
